Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "7spin.ph" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 7spinph.one, including all games, features, content, and services made available therein.
• "Operator" refers to the company operating 7spin.ph in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 7spin.ph and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player on 7spin.ph.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other incentive offered by 7spin.ph to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player or winnings converted from bonus funds after wagering requirements are satisfied.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by the Operator pursuant to anti-money laundering obligations and PAGCOR guidelines.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" refers to Philippine Peso, the base currency of all transactions on 7spin.ph.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 7spin.ph, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a legal entity or a third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of the Operator, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a 7spin.ph account suspended or permanently closed for cause.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or other exclusion instruction that covers 7spin.ph.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

By completing the registration process on 7spin.ph, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. The Operator reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7spin.ph account credentials, including your login ID and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must notify 7spin.ph immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

All activity that occurs through your 7spin.ph account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. The Operator will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You are required to keep all personal information associated with your 7spin.ph account accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, 7spin.ph requires all Players to complete identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID). The Operator may also request proof of payment method ownership and proof of address at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.

Deposits on 7spin.ph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The Operator accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability. The Operator does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name.

Deposits made via e-wallets such as GCash and Maya are typically credited to the 7spin.ph account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to thirty (30) minutes to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods registered in the Player's verified name and previously used for deposits on 7spin.ph. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed. The Operator targets an average processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals from verified accounts, though this is not guaranteed and may vary.

• Only funds representing a Real Money Balance are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account.
• The Operator may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

7spin.ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the more specific term shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all 7spin.ph bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to each new 7spin.ph player once only. Players who create multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited.
• When a player account holds both real money and bonus funds, real money funds are wagered first unless otherwise specified.
• 7spin.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited in error — including due to a technical fault — will be reversed by the Operator. Any winnings derived from erroneously credited bonuses may also be reversed.
• The Operator reserves the right to exclude specific games from contributing toward bonus wagering requirements. Please refer to individual bonus terms for applicable game contribution rates.

All games available on 7spin.ph are operated in accordance with the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The Operator is not responsible for bets placed by a Player without adequate understanding of the relevant game rules.

Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on 7spin.ph are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live casino games are conducted with physical equipment — real cards, real wheels — by trained live dealers in professional broadcast studios. The Operator does not manipulate game outcomes.

All bets are recorded server-side. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a Player's screen and the server-side record, the server-side record shall govern.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7spin.ph. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on 7spin.ph, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point, including during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with any part of the 7spin.ph platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not winnings are generated as a result.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk wagering strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements, or placing offsetting bets to minimize bonus rollover.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring in accordance with Republic Act 9160, as amended.
• Using a payment method belonging to a third party without their explicit consent.
• Making any chargeback, reversal, or dispute against a transaction made on 7spin.ph without first raising the matter with the Operator's support team.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any 7spin.ph account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.
• Voluntary request from the Player, including self-exclusion applications.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in the Operator's then-current inactivity policy.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, the Operator may forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus activity. Real money balances may be withheld pending investigation and, if fraud is confirmed, forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 7spin.ph account may contact the support team at any time. Voluntary account closures will be processed within a reasonable time frame, and verified real money balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

7spin.ph is committed to responsible gaming and operates in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased until the applicable cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications alerting them when they have been logged in for a specified continuous period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks), during which the account will be inaccessible.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling may apply for self-exclusion, which results in permanent account closure. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once applied.

7spin.ph will respect all self-exclusion and cooling-off requests. Players who are self-excluded from 7spin.ph must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering a new account. Any account opened in contravention of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed.

All content on 7spin.ph — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game content, software, sounds, and the overall design of the platform — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 7spin.ph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit Players to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from 7spin.ph; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform; or use any content for commercial purposes without the Operator's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of 7spin.ph, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, or unauthorized access to your account.

7spin.ph is provided on an "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect platform availability from time to time.

7spin.ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify Players via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of 7spin.ph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using 7spin.ph and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of 7spin.ph, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

7spin.ph operates in accordance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players acknowledge that online gaming is regulated in the Philippines and that the Operator is subject to applicable regulatory oversight and may be required to comply with PAGCOR directives, orders, or instructions at any time.
